MS – BESSER ALS IHR RUF!
Multiple Sclerosis – the desease of a thousand faces. Until a few decades ago, it was still largely unexplored, but medicine is making rapid progress and there is much reason for hope. The disease is becoming better and better understood, more and more treatment methods are being discovered and thanks to MRI, Multiple Sclerosis is diagnosed earlier and more reliably. Professor & Head of Neurology Christoph Heesen and podcaster & author Nele Von Horsten provide a detailed and well-founded insight into the world of multiple sclerosis with illustrations & infographics by Alexander Wöhler.
MS can affect anyone, which makes it all the more important to bridge the gap between complex scientific knowledge and patients’ diverse life experiences through accessible information. The aim is to create a consolidated, easily accessible and reliable source of information, without glossing over scientific uncertainties. The book is intended to provide both sufferers and relatives with clarity and autonomy regarding their disease. It is due to be published in spring 2027 by the Swiss publisher Rüffer & Rub.
